Pathways to Success

At Rising Stars, we offer a wide range of support designed to help every player reach their full potential. This includes individual player development plans, dedicated mentorship, and ongoing performance monitoring to ensure each player receives the guidance they need at every stage of their journey.

When our coaching team believes a player is ready to progress into league football, we facilitate trials with our partner club, Birmingham Rangers FC. Competing in the Central Warwickshire League at both development and competitive levels, the club also provides advanced midweek training sessions to support continued technical and tactical development.

The academy also hosts its own inter-house league, the Birmingham Youth Football League. Open to players of all abilities, this league provides an ideal platform for those looking to gain match experience before committing to a team environment.

In addition, Rising Stars works closely with professional clubs across all levels of the game. We proudly host showcase matches and tournaments attended by professional scouts, creating real opportunities for players to be seen. Over the years, we have successfully supported many players in signing with professional clubs.
